If a product is found to be defective or not found to be working as per the required specifications, the customer shall take the product to the nearest GOLD LAND FZCO shop within 7 days of purchase along with the original invoice in order to return or exchange.

Refunds for the return will be credited to your GOLD LAND FZCO account as Credit, this can be used to purchase any products on our website. Validity will be 6 Months. In any case where you wish to receive a credit card refund you can contact our call center.

Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. If the conditions are satisfied, customer would be paid back the product price mentioned in the invoice.

The product must be in its original packaging condition (including instruction manual and all accessories), which means it is unworn, unopened from shrink wrap or seal opened, unused and in its original condition. If the conditions are satisfied, customer would be credited Store credit or refunded the product price mentioned on his invoice or an exchange of a product up to the value mentioned on the invoice.

The customer has no right to exchange or return (refund) in the following cases:

A- The product is free from any defects which might harm customer health and safety.

B- The customer is unhappy with the product for any reason.

C- The customer found the same product or services cheaper elsewhere.

D- The customer bought the product for someone else who does not want it for any reason.

E- The customer bought the product, and after sometime they received a gift from anyone with the same product.

F- Custom-configured and personalized products cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

VALUE ADDED SERVICES:

Pick up, Repair & Delivery T&Cs

– It’s a value-added service applicable within the warranty period for the products purchased from GOLD LAND FZCO website.

– The Product condition will be verified upon receiving the product at the service center, and the Service Center findings will be considered as final.

– Customers are not eligible for standby product when availing from Pick up & Delivery.

– Same-day pick up, repair & delivery service is not applicable.

– GOLD LAND FZCO shall not under any circumstances be liable, either expressly or implied, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data during repair or replacement of the product.

– Customers shall pay the repair cost in GOLD LAND FZCO service center.

VAT Taxes on our products (5 %) being borne by the GOLD LAND FZCO. Taxes collected against every transaction will be paid to the Government by GOLD LAND FZCO. Please refer www.tax.gov.ae for full details on VAT.
